What are aqua frogs?
The frogs that are suitable to live in your frame are the Dwarf African Clawed Frog. This frog originated from the rain forests of Western Africa and this species is entirely aquatic. It imperative to keep these frogs warm (60-85 F) and remember to leave the water level of the frame 1½ inches below the top of the frame so that the frogs will be able to breathe. Around every two hours or so the frogs will swim to the top of the water which enable them to breath. Frogs have a tendency to shed their skin, causing them to appear mossy during this course of action. The frog's old skin will most likely lie at the bottom of the frame, but don't bother removing the old skin because it will quickly become part of the food chain.
